MoonShine Tire & Wheel Cleaner gets the job done with ease.
Great looking tires and wheels start with great product and proper cleaning methods. You wouldn’t consider waxing dirty paintwork, would you? Yet, I see car enthusiasts constantly applying tire dressing over grungy silicone laden rubber. MoonShine Tire & Wheel Cleaner is a unique polymer formula that will safely and quickly clean both tires and wheels. MoonShine Tire & Wheel Cleaner will penetrate and emulsify with amazingly little effort on the user’s part, dissolving old silicones, brake dust, road grunge, dirt, and old rubber. MoonShine Tire & Wheel Cleaner will also leave your expensive wheels bright and squeaky clean. As an added benefit it will make your tire dressing last longer by allowing it to penetrate the rubber. MoonShine Tire & Wheel Cleaner cleans so thoroughly that some of our customers after cleaning simply leave the rubber as is in its like-new color and texture. SAFE WHEEL FINISHES INCLUDE: metal hub caps, steel or aluminum alloy wheels which are anodized, clear coated, chromed and factory painted steel.
IMPORTANT: Use only on wheels that dry and cool to the touch. DO NOT use on NON-factory painted wheels or unfinished aluminum alloy wheels. Read vehicle or wheel owners’ manual before using this or any product on your wheels.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPER USE
A great product works best when used correctly. Failure to follow these instructions may result in unsatisfactory results.
1. Be sure tires and wheels are cool to the touch.
2. Eye protection is recommended.
3. Clean one tire and wheel at a time.
4. Hold bottle away from your body and approximately 6 inches from the tire and wheel.
5. Start at the bottom working up; spray cleanser evenly on cool, dry tire and wheel.
6. Allow to work for approximately 45-60 seconds, and agitate with a nylon bristled brush. Re-spray and allow to work for 30 seconds.
7. Stand back from wheel and rinse with a sharp jet of water. Rinse very thoroughly especially in crevices and lug holes.
8. Dry wheel immediately with clean soft 100% cotton towel or a quality micro fiber towel to prevent water spotting
9. Allow rubber to thoroughly dry and apply one or more applications of MoonShine Tire Dressing.
USEFUL TIPS & TRICKS
· For unfinished aluminum wheels try this; take a 100% cotton hand towel, fold to width that relates to your tire size. Liberally spray MoonShine Tire & Wheel Cleaner on one side of the towel until very wet, then wipe the tire only with the wet side of towel. Keep going around the tire a few times, let set for one minute, wet other side of towel and repeat. Continue this process until the towel is no longer picking up gobs of road grime. Now soak a second towel with water and wipe the tire again to remove MoonShine Tire & Wheel Cleaner. Let dry and apply MoonShine Tire Dressing.
NOTE: Some our customers tell us that the rubber looks sooo good after cleaning that they don’t even use a dressing. You be the judge.
· Try blow drying the tires and wheels with a yard leaf blower to remove all water from the crevices.
· For the ultimate cleaning of your tires and wheels, try removing them from your car to clean the backs of the wheels and tires.
For best performance of all MoonShine products, please store at room temperature.
