At MoonShine we strive to exceed your expectations in all aspects. We know that Shipping is a very important step in providing excellent service to our customers. We also know that once you place your order with us, you start looking for the delivery. For that very reason we have selected UPS ground as our standard form of shipping.

It is our goal to process and package your order within minutes of receiving it. In most cases, orders placed before 3:00 pm (MST) are shipped the very same day. For that reason we ask that you review your order carefully before you press the “Submit Order” button. We ship orders Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and Holidays to spend time with our families and friends. Back orders are very rare, but if one should occur, you will be notified via. e mail. The back ordered item will be shipped as soon as the inventory arrives in the MoonShine warehouse at no extra charge.

Shopping is Easy and Secure

We gladly accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Money Orders and or your Personal Check. Shipping of orders paid for by personal check will be delayed a few days for check to clear the banking process. Please do not send cash via the mail.

Fast, Reliable Shipping

All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground service throughout the Continental USA and Alaska and Hawaii. At the present time we do not ship to Puerto Rico APO or FPO. In time we will start shipping to those excluded address so please check back. Note: UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. UPS ground delivery has been running 1 to 6 business days not including the order day depending on your distance from the MoonShine warehouse in Tucson, Arizona. Please see below a UPS map of approximate delivery times via UPS ground from our Tucson warehouse.
 
 
Shipping and delivery times

UPS Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day or on Saturdays. UPS ground delivery has been running 1 to 6 business days depending on your distance from the MoonShine warehouse in Tucson, Arizona.

To our Arizona customers

UPS Ground delivers the next day to all but a few isolated locations in Arizona from our Tucson warehouse. No need for you pay for expedited service.

Tracking Your MoonShine Products

If you have a valid e-mail address, you will be sent an e-mail shipping conformation of orders shipped from the MoonShine warehouse via “Quantum View Notify” which originates from UPS. This        e-mail will provide you with: method of shipping, expected delivery date and your tracking number. In addition, should an unforeseen delay occur in delivering your MoonShine, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the delay. It is our sincere intent for you to receive your order in good condition as soon as humanly possible, while keeping you informed at all times.

Would you like to know the exact cost of shipping your order before you make the purchase? It’s easy! Simply add the items you wish to purchase to the cart, proceed to the check out and enter your ship to zip code in the requested area. After you click apply but prior to entering any payment information you will see your order total in detail including the actual shipping cost and any applicable sales taxes.

Actual shipping costs are calculated by UPS based on weight, size of package and your specific location or by flat rate. It should be noted that due to the weight of liquid products, shipping charges may be slightly higher than other mail order items.

MoonShine Practices Careful Packaging

At MoonShine we take great pride and time to very carefully use the best methods and materials for shipping heavier liquid products. Each bottle is checked for loose or cracked caps to prevent leakage. All products are wiped with a damp cloth for cleanliness and packaged with anti-static peanuts to firmly anchor each product in a proven arrangement. For large orders we double box with peanuts between the two boxes.

Yet try as we might, a few orders do not survive the extreme rigors of travel across our great country. Should you receive a shipment that is badly damaged, or is defective please e-mail us @ customerservice@moonshinestore.com  or phone us @ 877-577-1034 during regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MST. Products damaged beyond use will be replaced immediately without expense to the customer.

The MoonShine Guarantee and Return Policy

The MoonShine Guarantee is very simple. If any product does not meet your satisfaction, return the product within 60 days of purchase, postage prepaid. MoonShine will exchange it or refund 100% of the purchase price of the product, whichever you wish. We stand behind everything we sell.

To receive full credit, simply follow these instructions: Items must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase. Product must be in its original packaging and you will need the original MoonShine invoice number. Please call us toll free at 877-577-1034, ask for customer service. You will be given a return authorization number and instructions. Please ship the returned product via insured regular mail or UPS Ground. Do not ship via expedited delivery such as Express, Priority Mail, Fed Ex or UPS Second Day or Overnight delivery.

Want your MoonShine Faster?

MoonShine also provides UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day deliveries. When calculating the shipping costs on the shopping cart, please look at the box directly below the calculate costs button for expedited shipping cost options. When calculating delivery, remember to only count working UPS days. You must exclude Saturdays, Sundays, the day of shipping and non-working holidays.

Address Corrections Cost $$

UPS charges $10.00 to change an address or redirect a package after it has been shipped. If you make a mistake when entering your shipping address, please call us as soon as possible. If we can correct the shipping address before your package is shipped there will be no charge from MoonShine.

State Sales Taxes

Sorry - Arizona residents will automatically be charged the appropriate  sales tax for your area in Arizona.
